If you thought that the Parwaaz Hai Junoon shenanigans were going over already, this isn’t true. It is going beyond borders. Yes, the movie which is selected to be the first Pakistani film commercially releasing in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is Momina Duraid’s Parwaaz Hai Junoon starring Hamza Ali Abbasi, Hania Aamir and Ahad Raza Mir.
As a step towards promotion of peace and harmony between Pakistan and Saudi Arabia, the ministry of Saudi Arabia and Pakistani federal minister for information and broadcasting, Fawad Choudhary has announced that soon the people of Saudi Arabia will be able to watch Pakistani movies & dramas and vice versa. But who knew that the first to be released will be Parwaaz Hai Junoon?! The super hit movie will be released in KSA on 11th October.
Let’s hope it does wonders there too. Also, lets hope we get to see some Saudi culture on our screens too.
