Earlier this week, the most loved Pakistani actor, Humayun Saeed posted on his social media, that he was charged by the Karachi traffic police for driving a tinted window car. He surely proved to be a true patriot by encouraging the act by paying the Challan and then having no shame in accepting his wrong doing.
