Karan Johar breaks his silence for Ae Dil Hai Mushkil, the movie with highest expectations, and recently, the most in-talk movie after the ban of Pakistani artists in India. The presence of Fawad Khan in the movie had many Hindu Extremists to protest for its ban and there were many speculations that what will Karan Johar do in this situation.
Now finally Karan breaks his silence and releases a video in which he has mentioned that nothing is more important than the country to him. He also mentioned that when he included neighboring country artist in his movie, all was very well. In fact the Indian government was trying to better the relations with neighboring country. But now under the current circumstances, he cannot completely remove Fawad Khan from the movie as according to him “over 300 Indian people in my crew have put their blood, sweat and tears in my film and I don’t think it is fair to them to face any sort of turbulence.”
According to a source “As it is, Fawad had an extended cameo in the film. He plays the man who loves and leaves Anushka Sharma. Now his role is no more than a fleeting appearance. Fawad will be “in and out of the film now, gone before the Paki-hatao lobby can warm up.”
Moreover, the nationality of Fawad’s character has also been altered and he will be shown as an Indian in the movie, for the altered role he has left in it, instead of a Pakistani guy Ali.
