The two tried to keep the ceremony really intimate and private. But the pictures that they posted were worth all the wait and broke the internet. Everybody is going ‘Awwww’.
Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh got married on 14th and 15th November as announced earlier, after being in a relationship for 6 long years. They kept it in between the family and really close friends. Right after they winded up the grand marriage at Lake Como, Italy, they shared the first two photos, themselves.
Both, the bride and groom, were laughing the brightest with all their teeth out. Ranveer wore a white traditional dress, while Deepika was captured in a beautiful heavy red saaree. While in the other one, both wore heavy red dresses.
The pictures kept coming up one after the other, from different rituals and events. One of the events were Mehndi where both wore a shade of pink, and the Ram from Ramleela flaunted his Anarkali while dancing, and Leela showed off her handful mehndi. Then came the Sindoor picture and reminded us all of Deepika in Om Shanti Om. The colors chosen for different rituals were all royal red, pinks and whites.
One thing common in all their pictures was the glow that their inner happiness brought to both their faces. We are so happy and wish the couple a happily ever after.
