Actor Arsalan Naseer, known for his debut in the 2021 series Chupke Chupke, recently shared his personal encounter with nepotism in Pakistan’s entertainment industry during an interactive session on Instagram Stories.
Engaging openly with fans, Naseer addressed a question that struck a chord regarding his experiences with nepotism. He didn’t mince words, revealing how he too has faced the industry’s favoritism firsthand.
A fan had expressed eagerness for him to collaborate with Ayeza Khan in a leading role with a happy ending.
In response, Arsalan CBA disclosed the backstage turmoil: “I was initially cast alongside her, but later they opted for an actor’s son instead, sidelining me from the project. Eventually, Ayeza also departed.”
He recently caught attention for his wit during Meta’s global Facebook and Instagram shutdown at Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant’s pre-wedding festivities.
He joked on Instagram: “I want to be as chill as Zuckerberg. Instagram was down, and he was enjoying wedding food.”
