He debuted with Rajesh Khanna’s Daag and later went on to performing in hits like Haseena Maan Jaayegi and Baap Numbari Beta Dus Numbari, and also won a Filmfare for the latter. His son Sarfraz Khan revealed that the versatile actor passed away at 6 p.m. after slipping into coma earlier in the afternoon. He was on ventilator and could not breathe anymore. Sarfraz also said that his father’s final rites will take place in Canada since the whole family resides there. Kader Khan was 81 and had been a victim to death rumors earlier too.
